Refund Policy for LipSync Studio

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when payments may be refunded for LipSync Studio ("we," "our," or "us"). By making a purchase, you agree to this policy unless a different refund right is required by applicable law.

2. One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases are final and non-refundable after purchase. We do not provide refunds for one-time purchases, including unused credits or other unused one-time purchase benefits.

3. Subscription Refund Eligibility

A subscription payment may be eligible for a partial refund only when all of the following conditions are met:

• You request the refund on the same calendar day that the subscription was purchased.
• You have not used any subscription benefits, credits, generation features, downloads, or other paid service capacity after purchase.
• The payment has been successfully received and can be refunded through the original payment processor.

If these conditions are met, we may refund 70% of the subscription amount paid. The remaining 30% is retained to cover payment, platform, and administrative costs.

4. No Refund After Any Subscription Use

Once you use any paid feature or subscription benefit, the subscription payment becomes non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, submitting a generation task, consuming credits, downloading paid output, or otherwise accessing paid service capacity.

5. No Subscription Refund After the Purchase Day

Refund requests submitted after the calendar day of purchase are not eligible for a subscription refund, even if the subscription has not been used.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible subscription payment, contact [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Please include your account email, payment date, payment provider, and any available payment or subscription ID.

7. Refund Timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Refund timing depends on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or payment account provider.

8. Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer protection rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
